In accordance with Articles 22 through 29 of the LFPDPPP, you have the right to: (A) Access — obtain confirmation of whether Dinveratio processes your personal data and, if so, access a copy of that data; (R) Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; (C) Cancellation — request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or where you withdraw your consent; and (O) Opposition — object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, particularly secondary purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to info@dinveratio.com. Your request must include: your full name and a copy of an official identification document; a clear description of the right you wish to exercise; and any additional information that may help us identify and process your request. Dinveratio will respond to your request within twenty business days of receipt, as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP. If your request is granted, the corresponding action will be taken within fifteen business days thereafter.
