The people behind the programs
Each Dinveratio facilitator brings a distinct area of expertise to the programs. Together they cover the full range of personal financial competencies — from foundational budgeting to the behavioral side of money.
Carlos Mendoza
Carlos leads Dinveratio's flagship money management workshop. His approach centers on building practical systems that fit real-life income patterns — not idealized versions of financial life. Before joining Dinveratio, he worked in financial education for community organizations across Mexico City.
He is particularly focused on helping participants distinguish between budgeting as a control mechanism and budgeting as a planning tool. The difference, he argues, changes the relationship people have with their own finances.
Sofía Reyes
Sofía facilitates Dinveratio's debt and credit programs. Her background includes work with financial inclusion initiatives and adult education in urban communities. She focuses on making the mechanics of interest and credit accessible to people who have never had formal financial education.
Her sessions are known for their directness. She covers how debt actually accumulates, what credit really costs over time, and how structured repayment approaches compare in practice.
Andrés Torres
Andrés coordinates and delivers Dinveratio's virtual workshop formats. He developed the online delivery model used across all remote programs, ensuring that virtual sessions maintain the same depth and participant engagement as in-person workshops.
His academic background is in behavioral economics. He brings this lens to the financial behavior sessions, helping participants understand the cognitive patterns that influence spending and saving decisions.
Lucía Vargas
Lucía developed and leads the error prevention workshop, which has become one of Dinveratio's most frequently requested programs. She focuses on the specific, recurring mistakes that undermine financial progress — lifestyle inflation, misuse of revolving credit, and the normalization of financial stress.
Her approach combines pattern recognition with practical prevention. Participants leave with a concrete list of warning signs and a framework for catching problematic behaviors before they compound.
